Answers for importers, distributors and private-label brands buying commercial refrigeration from Acenox. For a project-specific answer, contact Acenox with your product, quantity and destination requirements.
OEM, private label and customisation
Does Acenox offer OEM and private-label production?
Yes. Acenox is a factory-direct manufacturer and OEM projects are welcome: products can be supplied under your own brand, and display models such as the VGD glass-door chillers have an illuminated header panel for the retailer’s or distributor’s brand. Customisation and private-label requests are reviewed by project — send your required dimensions, materials, branding, destination market and order quantity so feasibility can be assessed before a written quotation is issued.
Can you make custom colours, finishes and sizes?
Yes. The Acenox 2026 product catalogue states that all models are available in custom sizes, colours and voltages on request. Standard cake display counters run from 900 to 2000 mm in length, with stainless steel, black, white or golden versions depending on the series, and bases in stainless steel 201, 304 or 430, marble or painted steel. Glass-door display chillers are black or white as standard. Specifications are subject to change, so the exact size, finish and configuration are fixed in the written quotation.
Which voltages are available?
Most catalogue models are listed at 220–240 V / 50 Hz. The VGD and VDC glass-door display chillers are offered at 220 V / 50 Hz or 110 V / 60 Hz, and the AM series reach-in refrigerators and freezers are American-style units for North American kitchens. Other voltages are available on request — state your destination country and electrical system in the enquiry.
What should I include in a commercial refrigeration enquiry?
Please include the product type, intended use, destination country, quantity, required dimensions, electrical requirements and any custom branding or finish requirements. This lets the team prepare a relevant quotation.
Refrigerants and components
Which refrigerants do Acenox products use?
The catalogue lists hydrocarbon refrigerants across the range: R290 on cake display counters, ventilated gelato display freezers, open display fridges and the AM series reach-ins, and R600a or R290 on many counter and prep refrigerators. Some models are also listed with R134a or R404a; those are supplied only where the destination market permits them. The refrigerant is agreed per model and confirmed in the written quotation, so tell us your market’s requirements when you enquire.
Which compressor and controller brands are used?
Depending on the model, the catalogue lists compressors from Embraco, Secop, Danfoss, Cubigel, Donper and Zanussi, and digital temperature controllers from Dixell, Carel and Eliwell, with Elitech or Angel controllers on some models. For many models the compressor brand can be specified; the brands for your configuration are confirmed in the quotation.
Documentation
Can certification or compliance documents be provided?
Documentation depends on the product and the destination market. For cake display showcases, an EMC attestation (Directive 2014/30/EU) was issued by Bureau Veritas in December 2025 to our Ningbo trading entity; it is not issued in the factory’s own name. For any other document or standard, state exactly what your market requires: Acenox will confirm in writing what can be provided for the quoted model, and no certification should be assumed unless it is confirmed for that model.
Can Acenox review electrical or destination-market requirements?
Provide your destination country and required electrical or project specifications with your enquiry. Compatibility and available options are reviewed on a product-by-product basis before an order is confirmed.
Ordering, shipping and payment
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantity depends on the product model, requested customisation, production configuration and destination. The applicable minimum is confirmed in the written quotation for your project.
What is the production lead time?
Lead time varies by model, custom requirements, production capacity and order scope. The expected production schedule is confirmed in the quotation or proforma invoice for the specific order.
Which payment and shipping terms apply?
Payment milestones, shipping arrangements, price basis and any applicable Incoterm are agreed in the written quotation, proforma invoice or sales agreement for each order.
Can Acenox arrange international shipping?
Share the destination port or delivery location and the quantity required so available shipping options can be evaluated with the commercial quotation. The 2026 catalogue lists 40-foot container loading quantities for many kitchen refrigeration models — for example, 39 units of the AM-27R reach-in refrigerator per 40-foot container — to help you plan full-container orders.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes, factory visits are welcome. The catalogue lists two factories in Shandong Province, China: 239 Road, East Industrial Zone, Binzhou City, and Haihe Road, Jimo District, Qingdao City. Email sales@acenoxappliances.com to arrange a visit.
Where can I find full product specifications?
The Acenox 2026 product catalogue (PDF) lists dimensions, temperatures and refrigerants for cake and pastry displays, gelato cases, glass-door coolers and freezers, and stainless steel kitchen equipment. Each product page also opens with a catalogue specification table.
Questions about price, delivery dates or documents?
